Ana has taught yoga in the Boston area since 2013. She completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.

She has taken specific training to teach:

Ana brings a depth of knowledge and experience to guide you in calming and creative practices. Her classes allow you to connect to your intuition through a variety of movements, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.

She customizes classes to be attuned to the natural seasons.

Everybody is welcome to class. All ages, all levels, all bodies, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folx.

Ana is also a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts and has a therapy private practice.
