Ana’s classes allow you to connect to your intuition through movement, breathwork, and meditation.

Before every class, you’ll have the opportunity to share what your focus is and Ana can weave it into class.

  • Kripalu Flow

    Kripalu means “compassion” in Sanskrit. This easy-going and relaxing class is all about connecting with yourself to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Suitable for all levels.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Vinyasa yoga can bring peace, tranquility, and connection with your body through the movement, breath, and meditation. This class builds awareness of subtle energies within to invoke calmness in mind, body, and spirit. Suitable to people with some yoga practice experience.

  • Hatha Yoga

    “Hatha” is Sanskrit for “sun” and “moon.” Hatha yoga is a practice that brings balance to both the masculine and feminine sides of the body. This class involves a variety of active and relaxing poses to bring peace within. Suitable for all levels.

  • Stretch & Unwind

    This yoga-inspired class incorporates gentle movements of flowing sequences and more relaxing postures. Connect with your breath and unwind from your day as you move through a soothing practice aimed at creating space in your body and mind. Suitable for all levels.
